The Milpitas Firefighters are hosting our toy drive event at the Milpitas Community Center on December 16th.
Our event looks very different this year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Registration for our 2023 Giveaway will be completed 100% online. Participants are required to submit the requested documents at the time of registration. The Registration deadline is December 15th. We're sorry but we cannot accept late entries.
After your documents are confirmed we will call you to set up an appointment time for you to come pick up your gifts.
Registration will be 100% online in order to minimize physical contact. That means all of the documents we normally ask for in person will need to be submitted with your registration.
Your registration is not complete until all of your documents have been verified and you have received an appointment from us.
Registration closes on December 15th in order to make sure that we have time to sort and package up gifts for all of our participants.
The following documents are required at the time of registration. They can be submitted with your sign up form or sent via email to info@milpitastoydrive.org
Government Issued Identification
California Drivers License or ID or a Permanent Resident Card
Proof of Residency in Milpitas or Alviso
Utility bill or mail from a government agency
Proof of Government Assistance
MediCal, TANF, or EBT. We also accept residents enrolled in the Milpitas Assistance Program Tiers 1 & 2.
Birth Certificates for Each Child
Parent/child relationship will be verified. Guardianship papers will be accepted
Yes! Our event will be held in person this year, so you will be able to shop for gifts for your children.
Sadly, we can no longer accommodate teenagers. We've found that we simply cannot find gifts appropriate for the teen age group. We are instead focusing our efforts on providing high-quality toys for children between the ages of 6 months and 12 years old.
We do not have bicycles available this year. There is currently a national shortage of bikes due to the pandemic.
No. All of our participants are required to register and verify documents before the event. Unregistered guests will not be able to participate.

El registro para nuestro Sorteo 2023 se completará 100% en línea. Los participantes deben presentar los documentos solicitados en el momento de la inscripción. La fecha límite de inscripción es el 15 de diciembre. Lo sentimos, pero no podemos aceptar entradas tardías.

¡Sí! Estamos organizando un evento en persona este año para que pueda comprar regalos para sus hijos.
Lamentablemente, ya no podemos acomodar a los adolescentes. Hemos descubierto que simplemente no podemos encontrar regalos apropiados para el grupo de adolescentes. En cambio, estamos centrando nuestros esfuerzos en proporcionar juguetes de alta calidad para niños de entre 6 meses y 12 años.
No tenemos bicicletas disponibles este año. Actualmente hay una escasez nacional de bicicletas debido a la pandemia.
No. Todos nuestros participantes deben registrarse y verificar documentos antes del evento. Los invitados no registrados no podrán participar.
